By downloading or using CloudEject ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CloudEject lets you save emails (with attachments) from your Gmail account to your Android device's private app storage, and then free up Google storage by moving saved emails to Gmail Trash or emptying Trash and Spam. It can also, at your request, move clearly disposable categories of mail to Trash without saving them, create Gmail filters for senders you choose, put saved emails back into Gmail, export your archive to a folder you choose, and show a read-only view of your Google Drive. The App connects to your Google account via OAuth 2.0 and acts only on what you explicitly choose. Features that run on a schedule ("auto-pilot rules") run only while the App is open and only do what you configured.
Important: emptying Trash and Spam permanently deletes those emails from Google. CloudEject always shows a count and asks for confirmation first, but you are responsible for that choice. Emails you archived are kept on your device and can be put back into Gmail; emails you chose to trash without saving are recoverable from Gmail Trash for 30 days only.
CloudEject is free to use for 7 days from the first time you sign in on a device. After that, features that perform new work (saving emails, moving emails to Trash, emptying Trash and Spam, clean-up tools, filters and auto-pilot rules) require a one-time in-app purchase made through Google Play. There is no subscription and no renewal. Reading, searching, exporting and restoring emails you have already saved always remain available without a purchase. Purchases, payment methods and refunds are governed by Google Play's terms and refund policy.
You must have a valid Google account to use CloudEject. By connecting your account, you authorise the App to access your Gmail data on your behalf in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy. CloudEject's use of Google user data is limited to what is necessary to provide the archiving feature you request.
All archived emails and attachments are stored exclusively on your device. CloudEject does not transmit, upload, or back up your email data to any external server. You are solely responsible for keeping your device secure and for managing the archived files.

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by CloudEject. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App.
CloudEject is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. Archiving important emails is at your own risk — always maintain your own backups.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudEject shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
CloudEject uses Google APIs to access your Gmail. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
